1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 This promotion is open to landlords who own property in Sydney, New South Wales, within Village Property’s managing areas.
1.2 To participate, the eligible individual must either:
- Transfer a new property as the Investor, to Village Property’s property management services; or
- Add an additional property as a current landlord to their existing portfolio managed by Village Property.
1.3 Each property must be committed to Village Property’s management for a minimum period of 12 months.
1.4 Investors currently receiving offers or discounts from new developments are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
2. PROMOTION BENEFITS
2.1 For Investors
Eligible investors will receive:
- Waived management fees (this will not include any bills/expenses assigned to the property) for the first quarter of 2026 (January – March 2026)
- Free initial advertising package including:
- Professional photography
- Marketing on Realestate.com.au and Domain
- Entry into prize draw for a chance to win 12 months of free property management fees
2.2 For Referrers
A $500 Westfield gift card will be provided to any individual who successfully refers an investor who:
- Signs a property management agreement with Village Property; and
- Commits to a minimum 12-month management term
3. HOW TO CLAIM
3.1 To claim this promotion, participants must:
- Click the designated button on Village Property’s website or social media channels and provide their details; or
- Email a Village Property representative directly to express interest in the offer.
3.2 Village Property reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and properties prior to confirming promotional benefits.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS
4.1 This promotion is subject to availability and may be limited to a certain number of participants or properties.
4.2 The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional arrangements.
4.3 Village Property reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
4.4 These terms and conditions are subject to additional specifications and requirements as communicated by Village Property.
4.5 All promotional benefits are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Village Property’s property management agreement.
5. PRIZE DRAW (12 Months Free Management)
5.1 Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon meeting the eligibility criteria in Section 1.
5.2 The prize draw will be conducted and the winner announced in January 2026.
5.3 The winner will be notified directly via the contact details provided during registration.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
