Ash’s passion for people developed in her initial career of nursing where she established and refined her open communication style which she’s adopted into her property management practice. Now established as a senior property manager known for her quick decision making, flexibility and adaptability, Ash consistently updates her property owners on their investment and current market status, realising maximum returns on their investments.

Ash believes the source of her success is rooted in her conclusion “a happy tenant means a happy landlord” and the foundation of this begins with a great tenant-property manager relationship based on honesty. And the direct outcome is reduced vacancy and tenant turnover.

A bold character led Ash to leave her country of birth, Fiji, when she finished school and pursuit study in Australia and this capable attitude serves her, and her clients, well.
